Glorious Hexagons Club

PLEASE NOTE: Glorious Hexagons was our 2016 club. Please see our Glorious Garden Club for our 2017 program.

Glorious Hexagons combines the Kaffe Fassett fabrics we adore with one of this year's best-selling books, The New Hexagon by Katja Marek!

Liza Lucy and Kim McLean created two incredible quilts inspired by The New Hexagon, each reflecting the quiltmaker's flair. They used blocks from Katja's book, as well as some of their own, in these two fantastic samplers of hexagon blocks featuring "fussy cut" fabrics. Then they partnered with Paper Pieces to create custom paper pieces packs and acrylic templates to make it easier for anyone to create these Glorious Hexagons quilts -- including you!

Join Mary Lou Mojonnier at Intown Quilters for a 12-month stitch along to create your version of these quilts using The New Hexagon and a booklet from Liza and Kim. You'll have the help and support of Mary Lou and a group of fellow hand piecers, too. What better way to spend a few hours once a month (or maybe even twice if you join the By Hand group on the 3rd Saturday here)
