Inside IQ 12/18/15

Inside IQ: A Newsletter for the IQ Crew

Dec. 18, 2015

Now that everyone has had time with the beta till, Mary has switched it to the default register. This means that when you log into the POS, it will automatically go to the beta till. No more timing out and reverting to the old till!

Full-price Christmas fabrics and kits are 40% off through Sunday.

We are closed Dec. 24 & 25 and Dec. 31 & Jan. 1 for the Christmas and New Year holidays.

Steve brought in gifts of peanut brittle, made by his wife, Grace. He will be checking in with us if any machines are brought in for servicing since we will be closed the next two Fridays.

Classes just added:
Maxine is teaching Log Cabin on 1/23.

Quilt studio is on 1/31, taught by Patty.

We have started taking sign ups for the EPP sew along for 2016, Glorious Hexagons. Be sure to head to the website and read all about it. In addition to the recurring payment option, we have added an option so people can get a discount for paying for the full year up front.

The next session of Beginning Quiltmaking starts Sunday, Jan. 10.

New to IQ:
The 2016 Hoffman Challenge fabric and coordinates are here. This year's fabric is digitally printed.

We've restocked some of the Hoffman 1895s.

We have two new samples from the book Modern Rainbow: Scattered and Ducks in the Sky. Scattered has charm packs and a bundle plus a limited number of kits. Ducks in the Sky is two bundles (brights and background).

Coming soon:
Carkai by Carolyn Friedlander for Robert Kaufman.

We just placed an order for more batting -- yay!
