Inside IQ: A Newsletter for the IQ Crew

Nov. 11, 2016

The Lazy Me+You quilt hanging in batiks takes a large amount of the Moda Medium Blue Chambray so we are keeping a bolt of that fabric near the quilt, as well as a bolt with the chambrays in the yarn room.

We are giving veterans and current service members with military ID 20% off their regular price purchase today through Sunday.

Toys for Tots collection has begun! We are collecting through 12/15 and customers can get 5 points added to their IQ card for each new, unwrapped toy they bring in.

Next week, we are starting a couple of charity-related promotions, as detailed in the newsletter sent to customers today. One involves collecting fabrics (minimum 1/2 yard) for Re:Loom. We'll have more details next week about how this will work, so be sure to read the notebook and the newsletter. We did receive one call today with questions today about whether the fabric needs to be pre-washed. It does not need to be washed but it does need to be clean.

The little sewing pins with cute sayings have increased from $1 to $1.50. We've also got a bunch of new ones.

It's officially fall and the leaves are coming down quickly. Please be mindful of what gets tracked into the shop and try to corral any leaf debris near the entryways.
