We can even put your purchase in a cute gift bag with tissue paper -- just let us know in the notes section of your order or when you come in to purchase!

Sometimes you just need a time and place to get some sewing done. Our Holiday Gifts Sewing Series was designed to help you get your gifts done this year! Look for the full series of dates in next week's newsletter. All classes are beginner friendly, but we welcome all skill levels to enjoy some dedicated sewing time and meet other crafters. Our instructors will guide you through the projects and make sure you're ready to make a few more at home. Classes are 60-90 minutes, which means you can have a gift-ready project in less than two hours.

By Saturday after Thanksgiving, you may be ready to skip the leftovers and ignore the football rivalries in favor of a little sewing. Come hang out in our classroom and sew some charity quilt blocks at our FreeSpirit Block Party Sew Day. FreeSpirit Fabrics started the drive for collecting blocks for charities (ours will be put into into Quilts for Kids) and they even published a a book of block patterns designed by their fabric designers called FreeSpirit Block Party, but you can work on any blocks you choose. It'll be a fun day of sewing for a great cause!

We regularly offer a great line up of classes to help you learn a new skill or technique, from hand embroidery to machine piecing to hand quilting. Some of our regular classes will not be scheduled again until the beginning of 2019, so if you are hoping to take a class you don't see listed, EMAIL us with your wishes and your best days and times so we can reach out to you when we are planning dates and try to get the classes matched up with the folks that want to take them. Sweater Knit-along

Learn to Knit
You can learn how to get started knitting during our weekly sit and knit. Just reserve your spot for only $5 prior to that day (either in store, online or by phone) and we will make sure there is someone there dedicated to teaching you how for the first hour of the morning sit & knit. We've found it is a great way for folks to learn. They can then sit with the teacher for awhile knitting and get help learning how to fix little mistakes as they arise. We've had great feedback on teaching knitting this way versus a separate class. We are happy to set up a class for you though or private lessons that work better for your schedule. Email us to let us know your wishes.

COUPONS
We have our IQ loyalty program, which is good for 20% off all regularly priced merchandise. We are happy to add your existing IQ cards to our system; just bring them in with your name and email address written on them.

We do occasionally give out coupons during shop hop and other special events like quilt shows. Coupons cannot be used on special orders or sale items, cannot be combined and there are no rain checks.
